Priddy's Hard, Saturday 27th October 2007
On Saturday 27th October 2007 the Sussex Ghost Hunters team revisited Priddy's Hard in Gosport for a night of Ghost Hunting.
What happened on the night
The ghost hunt started at around 10pm, the team split into two groups so they could cover more of the museum.
Team One went into the C Magazine, when they arrived they notice there was two chains hanging from the ceiling and were careful to avoid theses. They set up at the end of the corridor. When they turned around the chains were swinging, nobody had touched them or went near them.
When taking photos the group captured loads of orbs. During the vigil the team witnessed a load of sounds which were unexplainable.
Near the end of the vigil two members saw a bright white shadow coming into the Magazine through the closed door at the entrance; it vanished to the right of the corridor of the magazine.
After 10 minutes it appeared again and all the group witnessed it, at one time the spirit came closer to the team but stopped half way.
Team Two had a very quite vigil in the main magazine.
Later on into the night Team One went into room 309 which is a storage area which the team haven't been in before. Whilst the team was in the storage area they heard footsteps in the first room which they had to walk through to the place where the vigil was held.
The team asked out for any spirits to let themselves know, with that there was an almighty crash at the front door which the team had locked when entering room 309.
This happened three or four times during the vigil.
Team Two went into the C magazine to see if they could witness the same as Team One but were unsuccessful.
