Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker, Saturday 8th November 2008
After a great ghost hunt back in July we re-visited Kelvedon Hatch on the 8th November 2008.
Before the night began some of the groups saw apparitions whilst touring the bunker.
During the night whilst the teams were doing vigils there were references of people hearing music and whistling even though all the touring equipment had been turned off.
Further on into the vigils the groups heard conversations between a man and woman in the distance. At first all the three groups were in different areas of the bunker so thought it could be noise contamination but when one of the groups left at about 2am the remaining groups joined together and still experienced these sounds.
When we were on the ground floor we tried to follow these sounds and ended up near the air filter room. We could clearly hear a man and a women talking but could not hear what they were saying. So we stayed in the air filter room for a while trying to apprehend where the voices were coming from. We then heard a squeaky door or gate being slammed. The only gate we thought of at this moment was the gate that leads into the cafe area of the bunker.
When we did go to investigate the gate there was nobody around.
