Pevensey Court House, Saturday 23rd October 2010


Sussex Ghost Hunters visited Pevensey Court House in East Sussex on Saturday 23rd October.

We had a great night visiting this location again as haven't been to this location for nearly five years.

We experienced some fantastic activity mainly in the cells.
We found a lot of the group felt tight chested which made the group feel uneasy.
Whilst in the cells the groups EMF ( Electromagnetic field) meters were going ballistic even though there were no power cables or light fittings anywhere within the cellar.
The groups K2 meter which is very similar to the EMF reader but lights up instead of making a noise was lighting up and responding to our questions.

In the court house the K2 meter was again flashing heavily in the Robing Chamber where a set of artefacts including scales were placed. The lights on the K2 meter were intermittent which shows it was something paranormal as if the K2 meter was reacting to a power source the lights would have kept flashing.

We did the Ouija board throughout the night in the court room. We had movement but not a lot of useful information was coming though.

Half way through the night half the group went in to the cells downstairs where the other half did a silent vigil in the court room upstairs.
We found this to be fairly quite so we tried some face changing techniques with a red light. Some of the group became more affected than others.
